Steep Slope Studio
Two Keywords of Steep Slope Studio
1. A Place to Continue – Supporting Creative Activities
Steep Slope Studio offers a hall available for long-term use of up to two months, four studios, and a community room that can be booked from three hours.
Alongside rehearsals and production work, we run programmes that inspire and support a wide range of artistic activities.
Through creation, research, daily practice, and gatherings, artists can deepen their work and sustain their careers – a creative hub where rehearsals are just the beginning.
2. A Place to Begin and to Meet – Developing People
Through our Support Artist scheme and other programmes, Steep Slope Studio actively supports emerging creators and artists exploring new directions.
We bring together a diverse range of people – dramaturgs, producers, technicians – providing an environment where knowledge and experience are shared, and everyone can grow together.
Encounters with people and cultural facilities lead to collaborative projects, fostering dialogue and exchange across genres and generations, and opening new possibilities for creation.
